- Product not as described: such issues should be reported to our Customer Service Department within 7 days of the purchase date. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product or service is not as described on the website. Complaints based merely on the customer’s false expectations or wishes will not be honoured.
- The client wishes to cancel recurring payment for a product or service and is within 7 days of the last payment. If a refund request is made after 7 days, the customer is not eligible, and cancellation will be completed for all future billing. The customer may continue to receive the service until the end of their billing cycle or opt for an immediate halt to the product or service.
