Check who can view your TikTok

Without a notification, you cannot conclude from 0 views that TikTok is reviewing your video. There is also no fixed threshold, such as 48 hours, after which you know for certain what is wrong. Open TikTok again and view the same video. Also ask the person helping you whether they can actually play the video. Merely seeing the small preview on your profile is not enough.
Does the video play for that person, while you still see 0 views? Write that down. You then know that the person can view the video. You still do not know why the counter says 0.
Does the problem keep recurring? Then collect these details for a report to TikTok:
- The link to the video and the time when you posted it.
- Who is allowed to see the post according to the selected setting.
- The exact text of any notification.
- Whether someone else can open and play the video.
- Whether it concerns one video or multiple posts.
