- Check which account you have. With a personal account, these statistics are not available in the same way as with a professional account.
- Open your own post. Choose the photo or video whose number you want to view.
- Open the statistics for that post. Look for the number of saves. Sometimes this is called saves, the English term for saved posts.
The location and name of the option may differ. Cannot see any statistics? First check your account type and whether you are viewing your own post. If the option is missing, that does not automatically mean that nobody has saved your post.

Can someone see that you saved an Instagram post?

A fictional example: you post a photo of your dinner and later a post with the recipe. The photo is saved 3 times and the recipe 12 times. So the recipe was saved more often. That does not mean everyone cooked it too.
Do you want to know which of your posts are saved more often? Compare a few similar posts after about the same amount of time. Note the subject and number of saves for each post. Look at several posts before drawing a conclusion. Being saved more often is no guarantee that your post reaches more people.
